Opening the doors on 1st April 2010 Donna Sands Boutique Property has grown from an agency that specialised in Property Management to an agency that now in addition offers an experienced Sales Department.

Donna has been a member of the REIQ Property Management Chapter since 2016. She is also excited to be a part of the Q Shelter Domestic and Family Violence Resource Group for the Private Rental Market. Donna is passionate about the Real Estate Industry and is happy to share the benefit of her knowledge and experience with others.
Natalie is our Office/Trust Account Manager
Natalie joined Donna Sands Boutique Property in January 2012 with not only a wealth of industry knowledge but also the experience of working with Donna, as they have been teamed up twice before at two different Townsville Real Estate companies’ Property Management divisions.
Since leaving school and starting in the industry in March 1994, Natalie has worked across all the different areas of real estate from office junior to sales/office administration, trust account clerk, Property Manager and now Trust Account/Office Manager – so with this broad knowledge of ‘all things real estate’ Natalie too is a highly valued member of Donna’s team.
In her role as Trust Account Manager, Natalie looks after receipting of rents, disbursement of funds to owners and suppliers, management of invoices, statements and rent arrears and holds her full Real Estate Agents Licence.
Tanya joined the Donna Sands Team in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience.
Beginning her real estate career in 1993 has seen her working between Cairns and Brisbane in a variety of roles in the Property Management sector.
Tanya has an exceptionally calm but assertive manner whilst maintaining control of each and every situation. Tanya is an asset to her landlords, which is reflected in glowing feedback. She is an amazing problem solver managing each and every situation into a win-win outcome for her clients.
Tanya loves the challenges that Property Management brings, her forte is dispute resolution but her hidden passion is to write a novel and have it published.
You will find Kylie taking care of the outwork including routine inspections, entry reports, vacate inspections and more.
Kylie has a strong background in Senior Administrative positions with the Government and has also worked in the private sector in various administrative and Management roles.
Kylie’s wealth of experience and diligent attitude make her well suited to being a Property Manager.
Cassandra started her career in Property Management with the DSBP team in September 2019. Coming from a Retail background and also working as a Disability Carer, has given Cass the tools in dealing with people from all backgrounds.
Cass is working along side Tanya in our PM1 Team.
Cass is an animal lover with 3 cats and 2 dogs to care for in her spare time. If lucky her partner gets to share a little of her time.
One of the newer faces in the DSBP office, Alyssa started her journey with us early this year as our receptionist.
Alyssa had a dream to get her foot in the door and work within the real estate industry.After a few months of manning the front counter Alyssa was eager to learn as much as she could from the experienced property managers along the way.
Now you will find Alyssa working alongside Kylie as the new admin property manager for team 2. As a new comer to the property manager position Alyssa is taking on her new role one day at a time and excited about where her new role will take her.
Outside of work you will find Alyssa hanging out with her adorable fur babies and enjoying the camping lifestyle Townsville has to offer.
Chloe is well known and highly regarded by Property Owners and Tenants alike.
Her passion for Property Management started when she became an
Agent over a decade ago. Chloe is recognised for her commitment
to her clients, professionalism and willingness to assist. She thrives on the fact that no day is the same.
Chloe is a popular member of the DSBP Team – she always has a smile on her face and a kind word to say. You will normally find Chloe spending time with her family fishing whenever possible.
Megan’s bright smile and happy disposition will greet you when you visit or contact our office. Megan joined DSBP to become our Receptionist leaving the fast-paced Pharmacy/Retail industry.
Megan’s strong customer service background, helpful, can do attitude make her well suited to her position as Receptionist.
In her spare time Megan likes to view what Townsville has to offer from the back of her horse, go camping and fishing with her family or curl up on the couch at home with a good book.
With over 11 years’ experience in Customer Service roles Alicia has finally found her home here with us at DSBP in the Property Management Department.
Completely new to Property Management Alicia is enjoying the new knowledge and experience she is gaining every day, with her bright, bold personality Alicia is loving being out in the field matching tenants to their new homes.
Outside of work Alicia spends most of her time with her family pottering around in her garden or playing pool.
Doreen began her career in Real Estate as an Agent in 2000 and has never looked back. Prior to Real Estate Doreen’s background was in the hospitality industry.
Before commencing with Donna Sands Boutique Property in 2013 Doreen had worked for well-known branded agencies and has won over 100 awards throughout Queensland. Doreen has extensive knowledge and experience dealing with sales of rental properties and strata units under body corporate management.
Real Estate is one of Doreen’s passions. She loves getting up of a morning and lives her passion, not many people get the chance in life to get paid for what they love to do. Doreen has made a long term commitment to Real Estate in Townsville. Where else can you find such a fantastic lifestyle?
